REGISTRATION

  ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!

**Please be aware, online registration is still new for us and we are still working out the kinks. If we find an error in your registration information/payment we will contact you.

1) Visit the website at https://www.youthleaguesusa.com/epys/17-18/0553/012/Welcome.html and complete the online registration.

2) Print the Certificate of Registration for each player.

3) Mail the following to PYSA Registration, 140 Anderson Street, Pottsville, PA 17901:
     1) Certificate of Registration for each player (printed from website)
     2) A COPY of child’s birth certificate (it will not be returned)     
     3) Play-Up Waiver if requesting player move to older age group.
                   Please see the Official Age Chart for age groupings.

All material must be received by June 30, 2017.

Registration is required each season.

1) All registrants (including past players!) MUST bring a copy of their Birth Certificate (we WILL be keeping it) every year.

2) Children playing on Travel teams must also provide a wallet size picture to attach to the registration (including past players!) every year.

Walk-In Registration sessions are usually offered each April and are held in the Cafeteria of the Pottsville Area DHHL Middle School.

These registration sessions are usually published along with the registration information for that season on the PYSA website homepage, in the local newspaper, and sent home in many schools.

All players must submit proof of age with either a state issued birth certificate or a passport when registering with PYSA EVERY Year. Players on 3rd/4th Grade and up teams must also provide a wallet size picture.

Registration fees must be paid at the time of registration. The fundraising/donation may also be paid at the time of registration, but must be paid before first game of season.

There is a $25 fee charged for all NSF checks written to PYSA.

Checks must have players first and last name and date of birth written on the check!

Registration fees are non-refundable. If fund raising/donation was paid at the time of registration, it can be refunded. Requests for fund raising/donation refund must be made in writing.

Fundraising/donation options for the 2016 season:

Option 1: $30.00 donation at the time of registration (additional $25.00 for 2nd child, $20.00 for 3rd child, $0 for 4th child +)

Option 2: $30.00 donation at first practice session (additional $25.00 for 2nd child, $20.00 for 3rd child, $0 for 4th child +)

Option 3: Sell 20 Charlie's sub tickets ($4.00 each) with monies to be returned by August 21, 2016. (additional 15 tickets for 2nd child, 10 for 3rd child, $0 for 4th child +) May not buyout once you choose to sell tickets.

Option 4: Sell 20 Fast Freddy sub tickets ($6.00 each) (additioinal 15 tickets for 2nd child, 10 tickets for 3rd child, 0 tickets for 4th child +) May not buyout once you choose to sell tickets.

Option 5: Sell 10 Charlie's sub tickets ($4.00 each) and Sell 10 Fast Freddie sub tickets ($6.00 each) (additional 15 tickets (7 Charlies, 8 Fast Freddy's) 2nd child, 10 tickets (5 Charlie's and 5 Fast Freddy's) for 3rd child, 0 tickets for 4th child +) May not buyout once you choose to sell tickets.

Option 6: *Sell a banner (4’ x 6’) located on the Gordon Nagle Field complex for $250 and any of the above options participated in will be refunded. Click here for banner details.

All fundraisers will be due August 21, 2017

*Only new, or first-time, banner advertisement sales will be applied towards fundraising. The $100 renewal for existing advertisements do not count towards fundraising.
