Registration is required each season.
1) All registrants (including past players!) MUST bring a copy of their Birth Certificate (we WILL be keeping it) every year.
Walk in Registration is located at 1800 West End Avenue, Pottsville on the following dates:
March 19th 6-7:30
March 27th 6-7:30
April 15th 6-7:30

Registration is usually published along with the registration information for that season on the PYSA website homepage, in the local newspaper, and sent home in many schools.
All players must submit proof of age with either a state issued birth certificate or a passport when registering with PYSA EVERY Year.
Registration and buyout fees must be paid at the time of registration.

3rd Grade through 8th Grade
There is a $25 fee charged for all NSF checks written to PYSA.
Checks must have players first and last name and date of birth written on the check!
Registration fees are non-refundable. If fundraising/donation was paid at the time of registration, it may be refunded. Requests for fund raising/donation refund must be made in writing.
Fundraising/donation options for the 2019 season:
Option 1: $30.00 donation at the time of registration (additional $25.00 for 2nd child, $20.00 for 3rd child, $0 for 4th child +)
Option 2: Sell 15 Pottsville Pizzeria tickets with money to be returned by August 15, 2019. (additional 10 tickets for 2nd child, 5 for 3rd child, $0 for 4th child +) May not buyout once you choose to sell tickets.
Option 3: Sell 20 Fast Freddy sub tickets ($6.00 each) (additional 15 tickets for 2nd child, 10 tickets for 3rd child, 0 tickets for 4th child +) May not buyout once you choose to sell tickets.
Option 4: *Sell a new banner (4’ x 6’) located on the Gordon Nagle Field complex for $250 and any of the above options participated in will be refunded. Click here for banner details.
All fundraisers are due August 15, 2019
*Only new, or first-time, banner advertisement sales will be applied towards fundraising. The $100 renewal for existing advertisements do not count towards fundraising.
